There’s no denying that expectations are high for 19 years old, Tudor Cisu. With an impressive list of awards, medals, scholarships and research experience to his name, Tudor Cisu seems destined to accomplish great things with his life.
The Binghamton sophomore, who recently applied for the American Heart Association’s Undergraduate Student Summer Fellowship, already knows what career path he wants to take. Currently in premed, with double majors in Biochemistry and Mathematics, Tudor Cisu is determined to become a physician scientist.
Tudor Cisu goal of advancing health care through scientific research comes as no surprise to those who know him from summers spent at St. Joseph Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, New York, where he was a volunteer transporter for four consecutive years.
Born in Romania Cisu moved to the Syracuse area in 1998 and has been winning awards for Latin, Mathematics and over all Academic Excellence ever since.
